This product has a manufacturing defect in all the units.First I received it a week ago, and it wasn’t charging through type C port, micro usb port worked fine for charging.So I asked for a replacement, but the exact same issue is with the 2nd piece. Moreover my friend also bought the same product and she has the same exact issue with her powerbank.Very frustrating experience dealing with faulty products and returns. Expected better from an Amazonbasics product. Now I’ll have to order some other company powerbank, maybe Mi.

But to complete the 4th light it took more than 6 hours. Also today I am charging my redmi note 9 pro mobile. Till now it only charged 42% in 2 hours. And observd 2 charging points in the power bank. Waste product. Felt cheated. I am returning it back today. Dont know whether they will return my money or not as it is given as only 7 day replacement only.

According to the battery capacity of my phone and the power bank, the power bank should charge the phone twice completely but it charges my phone 1and1/2 times only. So recently I was traveling on a long bike trip. The power bank fell down at 70kmph speed. And it scratched the aluminium of the power bank but the power bank survived. It’s a surprise thing to me. I didn’t plan I would write a review, usually, I don’t, but this power bank is so good that I was compelled to.I have used other power banks before and, well, I wasn’t expecting much. The only reason I purchased this was “ECellStreet” stamped on it, I mean I have used many “ECellStreet” stuffs before and the quality has always been good. This time too, it didn’t let me down.The power output is good. Charging the power bank takes a fair time, and the battery capacity is good, but I feel it is a little on the lower side than 10000 mah.A bit pricier than its counterparts though, but the biggest compensation here is the design. It feels premium to hold and you don’t need to carry extra cables to charge your devices with different types of charging pins.
