Return & Refund Policy
At ECellStreet, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read the return and refund policy carefully before raising a request.
1. Conditions for Return / Replacement
- An unboxing video is mandatory for claiming a replacement or refund.
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 1 working day of delivery.
- We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy for products with genuine functional issues.
2. Replacement Process
- A reverse pickup will be arranged from your location wherever available.
- The replacement unit will be shipped once the returned product is received and inspected.
- If reverse pickup is not available, you may send the product back to us and shipping charges will be reimbursed as per actuals.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are generally not provided for reasons such as “don’t like the product” or “no longer needed”.
- A refund may be approved only in special cases, at the sole discretion of ECellStreet.
- The product must be returned to us before a refund is processed.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after the product is received and inspected.
- The refund amount will be credited to your ECell Wallet.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or replaced:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products unsealed and not suitable for health or hygiene reasons.
- Products that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiry date.
